Wellington Disc Center

Wellington Disc Center provides non-surgical care for chronic neck and back pain, combining spinal decompression with cold laser therapy, the Graston technique, and myofascial release.

The practice is led by Dr. Jason Kaplan, D.C., a third-generation chiropractor and nationally certified spinal decompression provider who has worked with professional athletes across the PGA, LPGA, NBA, and MLB. He practices alongside Dr. Stephanie Lyons, one of the first female doctors nationally certified in non-surgical spinal decompression.

The clinic treats bulging and herniated discs, degenerative disc conditions, sciatica, pinched nerves, chronic neck and back pain, and injuries from auto accidents or the workplace.
